The NJBS monthly Blues & Brews hosted Carlos Colina & the Grind on a cool summer afternoon at Montclair Brewery in September. This stellar band played two sizzling sets of boogie woogie, heart stompin blues to a dancing crowd that was enjoying some tasty brews The band members included Carlos Colina (vocals, harmonica), Steve Soltow (bass, vocals), Paul Undersinger (drums), Fred Lind (keys) and Leo Gordan (guitar).

NJBS member, Scott Dambrot, won the CD raffle -- the raffle had twelve CDs with artists such as Mike Zito, Joanna Connor, and Larry Mitchell to name a few. Congratulations Scott!!!
