Product Returns

​

We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, or whatever the reason. However we must receive an email to from you within 5 days of receipt to process your return.

 

We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock.  If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement.  So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.   Please contact info@northjerseybluessociety.org with the details.

 

Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

 

- You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.

- The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.

- A copy of the original sales receipt is included. 

 

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
