Sponsor: The raffle is conducted by the North Jersey Blues Society, a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered with the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission (ID#: 421-5-43461).

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.

The Prize: The prize consists of one (1) authentic Electric Fender Guitar featuring numerous artist signatures. The prize is awarded "as-is." No cash alternatives or prize substitutions are permitted by law.

Ticket Sales: Tickets are $5.00 each. In compliance with N.J.S.A. 5:8-51.6(c), tickets may only be purchased via in-person transactions or by physical mail; online/electronic ticket processing is strictly prohibited. There is no maximum limit on the number of tickets an individual may purchase. Ticket sales will close on December 5, 2026, immediately prior to the drawing.

The Drawing: The winning ticket will be selected via a random drawing on December 5, 2026, during the annual holiday party at Crossroads in Garwood, NJ.

Presence Requirement: The ticket holder need not be present to win.

Winner Notification & Claiming: The winner will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the drawing using the contact information provided on the ticket stub. The winner must present the matching winning ticket stub and a valid government-issued photo ID to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing, a replacement winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible stubs.

Delivery/Pickup: The winner is responsible for picking up the guitar at a designated New Jersey location. If the winner requires shipping, all packaging, tracking, and delivery costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Taxation: The value of a raffle ticket purchase is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable local, state, and federal taxes.
