The final phase of saving The Stanhope House (circa 1794) from demolition is approaching.  The town is holding a public meeting on  Tuesday, 5/14 @ Stanhope School, 24 Valley Road at 7 pm - come out and voice your concern to prevent the bizarre spot rezoning for a five-story apartment building in this historic town!Â
